He is survived by: his wife Dolly Phillips (Allen); his children, Carolyn Johnson (Andy) of St. Paul, Steve Phillips of Mountain Grove and Kevin Phillips (Paula) of Fair Grove; his grandchildren, Briana Johnson of St. Paul, Michael Phillips (Annie) of Plano, Andrew Phillips (Jasmine) of Springfield and Ryan Phillips of Springfield; and his great grandchild Calvin Phillips of Plano. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
