He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bradshaw and June Bradshaw (Forrest); and his siblings, Hank, Leon Bradshaw and Patty Strunk.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Coday; his children, Brad Bradshaw (Melissa) of Norwood, Tina Mara (Gerald) of Long Lane and Tracy Rayburn (Brad) of Poplar Bluff; and his grandchildren, Dekota, Dalton, Kylie, Izzy, Garrett, Cloe, Chance, Abbi and Lindley. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
