He is survived by: his wife Joy Jensen; his daughters, Pam Carlson (Sam) of Buffalo and Lori Mahurin (Dannie) of Norwood; his stepson-in-law Eddie Williams; and his brother Kenneth Jensen (Mary) of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives, friends.
