She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Morris and Ethel Alvina Vacca (Kuenning); her husband Jerry Dale Wood; her daughter Charlotte Johnson; and her brother Donald Vacca.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Sisco (Charley) of Chadwick, Missouri; her grandsons, Josh Sisco (Ashley) of Chadwick, Jeremy Sisco (Abby) of Ozark and Zach Johnson (Bethany) of Ft. Scott, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Finley, Grayson, Luke, Sadie and Lakyn. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the First United Methodist Church, Emergency Services for Children, or the Lawrence County Manor, in care of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be payable to the First Methodist Church of Mt. Vernon, in care of the funeral home.
