He is survived by: his wife Mary Jeanette Shoun; his children, Pam Metts (Ron) of Alva, Darlene Woolhiser of Nixa, Orvilla McDaniel (Dennis) of Georgetown, Texas, Jim Forsyth (Jeane) of Port Orange and Bill Hahn (Kathy) of Sacramento, California; and his siblings, Thelma Paulson of Taylorsville, Utah and Clifton Forsyth of Sacramento. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
