She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Warren and Tremella Mellie Burd (Phillips); her husband Ned Price; her children, Janette Forester and Ned "Tarzan" Price (Sheri); her great grandchild Kaylie Real; and her siblings, Izola Henson (Gail), Enola Burd, Cecil Burd (Hildreth), Loyal Burd and Ray Jr. Burd (Elizabeth).
She is survived by: her children, Janell Bradley (Greg) of Grove, Karey Ellison (Robert) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Ed Price (Debby) of Holt, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jason Krempges (Alyson), Jeremy Krempges (Brandi), Julie Krempges Rogers, Amber Schnake (James), Misty Dodds (Cortney), Heather Forrest (Scott), Corey Ellison (Chelsea), Cait Adkins (Eddie), Nikki Sanders (Phillip), Desiree Price and Brent Price. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
