It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Jean Davenport of Mount Vernon, Missouri, born in Lancaster, California, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Truman and Ora Truman (Wilmeth); her brother Duane; and her siblings-in-law, Jan Truman, Merrill Davenport and Jim Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Davenport of Mt. Vernon and Phillip Davenport (Kerry) of Smithville, Missouri; her sister Robbie Taylor of Carthage; and her sister-in-law Shirley Davenport of Creston. She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
