He is survived by: his parents, Darrel Campbell and Pamela Campbell; his grandparents, Josephine "Jo" Campbell, Rev. Lewis Rogers and Mabel Rogers; his siblings, Brock Campbell, Adelie Cox (Campbell) and Brett Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Campbell (Hornback) and Kellen Cox; his nieces and nephews, Lawson Cox and Jack Campbell; his pet Max; and his niece Harlow Cox. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Casey's name in care of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Casey's name to Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home.
