We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2019, at the age of 58, Jeffrey William Schaper (Moscow Mills, Missouri), born in Troy, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lester Schaper; and his brother Jerry Schaper. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Schaper (Kappelmann); and his sisters, Debbie Broyles (John) of Hawk Point and Carol Foley (Shawn) of Champaign, IL. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, numerous relatives and friends.
