He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Snell and Ralph Snell. He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha and Karen; his wife Lou Ann Snell; his daughters, Donna Catlett and Smithville; his grandchildren, Kelsey Holtsclaw (Joe), Jordan Deves (Catherine), Lauren Shackelford (Zach), Kellen Kempf (Tiffany), Sydney Phelps (Sam) and Taylor Deves; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Holtsclaw and McAllister Deves.
