He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Puckett; and his pet Amelia. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Puckett (Shoemaker) of New Florence, Missouri; his daughter Kate Fuentes (Phil); his grandsons, Philip and Talon Fuentes; and his siblings, Deborah and Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
