He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miriam Bailey and Edward Bailey; his wife Barbara Jean Toland of Monroe City; his brother Donald; his children, Michael Bailey of Hannibal, Lisa Morgan of Palmyra and Laura Michaels (Chris) of Fishers, Indiana.; his sister Catherine Grant (Tommy) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Chelsi, Cacia, Cason of Palmyra, Kaela, Lexi, Halle and Danni of Fishers, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Payton, Jaedyn and Addie of Palmyra; and his brother-in-law Nathan Toland of Monroe City.
