He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Chic" Delbert and Lavola Lee Lewellen Dooley; and his wife Diane Higdon. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Michelle Dooley of Aurora, Colorado.; and his siblings, Latrell Dooley (Betty) of Wright City and Floyce Wharton (Gene) of Palmyra, Missouri.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 gathering restrictions set by the State of Missouri, funeral services for Wallace Dooley will be private.
