He was predeceased by: his father Gary Alan. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Joyce O'Neal Fishback; his stepfather Mike Bade of Koshkonong, Missouri.; his son Jeremy Fishback (Anna) of Columbia; his granddaughter Margot Fishback; and his siblings, Mike Fishback of Monroe City, Andy Fishback (Andie) of Palmyra, Missouri. and Jamie Strand (Jake) of Mountain View, Missouri.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
Jeff Battled with Parkinson's Disease for nearly 30 years. He always had a positive attitude and was one of the first people to receive deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's.
