He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Campbell and Hazel Osbourne Campbell; his wife Lisa Campbell; his brother Bill Campbell; his son Jeff Campbell; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Campbell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Jackson (Brian) of Wildwood, MO and Elaine Whelan (Aaron) of Stoutsville, MO; his brother Jim Campbell of Lake Ozark, MO; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Jackson, Brenden Jackson, Nicole Campbell, Nathan Campbell, Emmett Whelan and Austin Whelan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
