He is survived by: his wife Melissa Dowd; his children, Ruthanne Lucas-Mettes (Jason), Summer Lucas, Miranda Lucas (Matt), Zane Lucas and John Lucas (Stacy); his stepdaughter Jessalyn Dowd; and his brothers, Donald Lucas (Darla), Danny Lucas and Kris Lucas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
