It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Wayne Alcorn of Monroe City, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Clayton and Mable Frances Alcorn (Cook); and his brothers, Sid Alcorn and Charlie Alcorn. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Afay Wolfe; his sisters, Diane Maiden of Vandalia and Jane Smith of Vandalia; and his sister-in-law Joyce Alcorn Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
