We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2021, at the age of 86, Carol Sue Dean of Monroe City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Armstong and Vella Dee McCreery Armstong; her husband Phillip R. Dean; her son Reggie V. Dean; and her siblings, Kenneth Armstrong, Dave Armstrong, Donnie Armstrong, Linda Hendrix, Lana Loeber (Armstrong) and Larry Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Jo Chinn and Jackie N. Dean (Gayle); her grandchildren, Heath Chinn (Kim), Heather Wheeler (Tyler), Erika Elston (Greg), Brooke Kendrick (Lee), Brittany Johnson (Patrick), Shannon Dean and Michelle Arrowsmith (Corbin); her brother Dale Armstrong (Teresa); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Loeber, Patti Blair, Deanna Armstrong and Bette Hays (Ronnie).
