It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Carolyn Garoutte of Monett, Missouri, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Douglas Garoutte. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Garoutte of Monett and Carla Hembree of Aurora, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
