She was predeceased by: her parents, Alcy Burton, (Parmalee) and Homer McGuire Burton, Sr.; her siblings, Clarence, Sam, Jimmy, Homer, Jr., Robert and Madge Larkin; and her siblings-in-law, Eula and Amos McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Rountree (Bill Richardson) and Jim McCormick (Glenda); her grandchildren, Melissa Moore (Scott), Neil Rountree (Jennifer), Ryan McCormick (Anne), Zach McCormick (Erica) and Josh McCormick (Missy); and her siblings, Bill Burton (Ilse) and Liz Pennell (Don). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
