He is survived by: his wife Elaine Willis; his children, Karmen Renee Robards (Michael) of Atlanta, GA, James William Dodd of Paris, MO and Amy Jo Church (Kenneth) of Moberly, MO; his grandchildren, Christopher Sumpter, Richard Thompson, Serenity Church and Joshua Church; and his siblings, Thomas Bowen (Mary) of Prairie Hill, MO and Rita Harmon (Kent) of Prairie Hill, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Prairie Valley Cemetery.
