He is survived by: his stepdaughter Glenna Irene; his friend C. B.; his wife Velma Irene Downing of Moberly; his son Kevin Richard Downing of Moberly; his sisters, Dorothy Cooley of Moberly and Maxine Riley (Bob) of Paris, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Brandon Richard Downing (Mallory) of Huntsville, Bradley Nathan Downing of Huntsville, Cory Joe Downing of Clifton Hill, Cody O'Bryan Downing (Courtney) of Huntsville, Megan Margaret Morris of Kirksville and Tyler John Glen Morris of Moberly, Missouri.; and his great grandchildren, Allyssa Grace Downing, Kendra Brooke Downing, Mali Jo Powell, Nathan Andrew Dowing, Kayla Brooke-Lynn Downing, Carson O'Bryan, Annalayah Alexandria Drewery, Madalynn Kay-Grace Birdsong, Payzleigh Diane Birdsong, Faith Christine Birdsong, Bentley Joe Downing, Brooklynn Renea Payton, Angelo Richard Payton, Lacey and Maddie.
