With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Meyr (Moberly, Missouri), born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Meyr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ernest and Bertha Wylie (Singleton); and her brother Kenneth Wylie. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Meyr; and her children, Gerald Meyr (Donna) of Jefferson City and Karen Harness (Brook) of Smithville. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the Zion Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
