It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Kay Blevins (Miller, Missouri), born in Monett, Missouri, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Dwight and Sara Frances Blevins (Moore); and her niece Leah Blevins. She is survived by: her brothers, Scotty Blevins of Springfield, Roger Blevins and Marty Blevins; her stepmother Peggy Blevins of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; her stepsiblings, Sandy Eppenger (Ed) of Ventura, Patsy Sprowls (Mike) of Humansville, Wendy Garver (Bill) of Bolivar, Missouri and Kenny McShane (Debbie) of Springfield; and also, Kristi of LaRussell and Misty of Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
