She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Batemen and Ester Shaw; and her husband Wilbur 'Jack Howell. She is survived by: her children, Lorene, Brent and Ralph; her grandchildren, Jessica, James and Cecil; her great grandchildren, Darius, Alex, Anika, Allen, Ely, Sal and Miles; and her friend Thressa Douglas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and foster children.
