He is survived by: his father John Daniel Morehead (Lauria) of Warsaw, Missouri; his wife Syntitha Morehead (Nickell); his sons, Dre Morehead of Milan and Tate Morehead of Milan; his sister Nikki (Junior Eddy) of Milan; his half-siblings, Dakota Morehead of Japan and Kyria Ruggles of Michigan; his aunts, Janet Kerby of Unionville, Jody Hanen (Rick) of Milan, Jana Simmons (John) of Albia, Sherry Brinkley (Jim) of Milan and Bridgett White (Dennis Shepherd) of Milan; his nephews, Kaden Eddy (Adrianne), Aaron Eddy (Kayla) and Jeryk Eddy (Megan); his father-in-law Donnie Nickell of Milan; and his brother-in-law Donnie Nickell, Jr. of Milan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
