He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Benskin and Helen Benskin (Hicks); his wife Mary Corrine Benskin (Lambert); his son Patrick; and his nephew Stacy Stauffer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonda Riley (Eric) of Unionville and Jill Odette Benskin of Raytown, Missouri; his granddaughter Jaclyn Billington (Loren) of Kirksville; his great grandchild Cali Jade Billington; his sister Rosalea Stauffer (Larry) of St. Catharine, Missouri; his brother-in-law Ed Lambert of Pollock; his nephews, Tracy Stauffer and Wayne Stauffer; and his close friend Martha Leasor.
