He is survived by: his brother Steve Shutty (Martha) of Kansas City; his nieces, Carolyn Miller (Kyle) of Kansas City and Elizabeth Shutty of Mexico City, Mexico; his nephew Nick Shutty of Kansas City; and his cousins, Dave Swiss (Cindy), Lyn Thomas (Don) and LaNell Grisoli (Rob).
