She is survived by: her daughters, Deana Millen (David) of Henryville, Indiana, Joni Lewis (Michael) of Evergreen, Colorado and Karen Duckworth (Chuck) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Natalie Ogburn (Robert), Hayden, Addison, Sam Millen (Chrissy), Sara Cooper (Austin), Kaden and Ayla; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jack, Jacob Lewis, Trey and Houston Duckworth; and her sister Gail Mitchell (William) of Malvern, Arkansas..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Mexico, Missouri.
