He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Duckworth and Ida Duckworth; and his former wife Glenda Joyce Tate. He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Delp; his daughters, Robin Kleinsorge (Mike) of Mexico, Melissa Shoemaker (Roy) of Mexico and Tina Early (Chris) of Auxvasse; his grandchildren, Michael Kleinsorge of Mexico, Dustin Shoemaker (Amanda) of Illinois, Trenton Early of Columbia and Tyler Early (Emily) of Hannibal; and his great grandchildren, Aurora, Donavon, Adella Kleinsorge, Lincoln and Foster Shoemaker.
