He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Winterbower and Patty Sue Winterbower (Holtkamp). He is survived by: his children, Tim Winterbower, Jr. of Montgomery City, Jayda Winterbower of Mexico and Melinda Boyce of Mexico; his wife Sindy Winterbower of Mexico; his grandchildren, Celina Winterbower, Nathaniel Winterbower and Brooklyn Garriott; his siblings, Paula Nengel (Shaun) of Mexico, Tony Kysar (Jerri) of Mexico, David Kysar (Jennifer) of Mexico and Carl Nowlin Jr. (Aaron Wormington) of Lake; and his stepfather Rodger Johnson of Columbia. He is also survived by three aunts, two uncles, two nephews, four nieces, three great-nephews and one great-niece.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Jayda Winterbower.
