He is survived by: his wife Dawn Maria Maggine; his pets, Max, Crystal, Hazel and Buddy; his children, Michael Elam of Mexico, Coty Jackson (Amy) of Fulton, Josh James (Emily) of Shelbina, Chelsea Sullwold (Layton) of Tecumseh and Nichole Ragusa (Jason) of Crestview, Florida; and his grandchildren, Andrew James, Jordyn Ragusa and Zaydin Bertram.
