He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Jesse and Phyllis Jean Jesse (Woodruff); and his niece Stacey Jesse. He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Jesse of Palm Coast, FL and Mary Jean Marshall (Lamar) of Plano, TX; and his siblings, George Jesse (Joyce) of Columbia, Stanley Jesse (Sarah) of Thompson, Tony Jesse (Sherry) of Jefferson City, Tim Jesse (Dolly) of Mexico and Connie Cole of Atlantic Beach, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
