He is survived by: his wife Cathy Rich; his mother Jean Nowlin (Ryan) of Mexico; his sons, Ryan Nowlin (Christy) of Mexico and Richie Nowlin (Heather) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Jordan Nowlin (Baylee) of Mexico, Brady Nowlin (Callie Timmerberg) of Mexico, Emma Nowlin of Mexico and Chris Boyce (Lakin Dickey) of Centralia; his great grandchildren, Logan and Layla; and his siblings, Francis "Fritz" Nowlin (Betty) of Mexico and Marga "Stan" Hoelscher of Jefferson City.
