He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Berry Azdell, Sr. and Lucille Elizabeth Azdell (Dozier); his wife Elaine Kerr; his brother Dozier; and his brother-in-law Joe Bob Kerr.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Azdell (Belinda) of Mexico and Melody Farnen (Pat) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Travis Azdell (Bobbie Jo), Jeremy Azdell (Audrey), Jared Buffington, Lacey Van Den (Grant) and Jenna Frazier (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Raven, Race, Emma, Rhae, Christian, Joselynn, Kate, Adleigh, Jaxon, Phoebe and Claira; his brother Berry Azdell, Jr. (Jo Ann) of Mexico; and his sister-in-law Joanne Kerr of Mexico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
