She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred N. Bishop; her parents, Jessie Coil and Beatty E. Dickey; her stepfather George R. Coil; and her half-siblings, Ralph Coil and Betty Jean Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Beatty E. Dickey (Jessie Mosley Dickey), Marilyn VanBoening (Richard) of Mexico and Steve Bishop of Stoutsville; her grandchildren, Kenneth VanBoening of Paris, Richard VanBoening Jr. (Tammy) of Mexico and Jessica Cullom (Tom) of Hannibal; and her great grandchildren, Tanna VanBoening, Haley VanBoening, Richard Michael VanBoening (Samantha), Kayleigh Henry (Brian) and Deserea Cullom. She is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
