He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Lenwood Dodd, Sr. and Dorothy Dodd (Banks); his siblings, Patricia Hill (John) and William Dodd; and his son-in-law Bryan McCord.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Sulgrove; his daughters, Melissa Erdel (Robbie) of Mexico, Dawn Smith (Gary) of St. Louis, Michelle Warmbrodt (Jim) of Mexico and Stephanie McCord of Mexico; his grandchildren, Megan Prater (Scott), Lauren Cuno (Casey), Amanda Warmbrodt (Zane), Amber Smith (Marc), Tyler Warmbrodt (Abbie) and Miranda Smith; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Cody, Lilly, Audrey, Oakley and Braelyn; his sister Ida Gerst of St. Charles; and his sister-in-law Kay Larkin (Robert) of Mexico. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
