She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Roberta Perry (McQuay) of New Albany, Indiana; her husband Bob Hurst of Mexico; her sons, Trevor Johnson (Angie) of Minnesota and Alex Hurst (Ruchelle) of Havana, Illinois; her siblings, Mark Perry of Owasso, Richard "Rick" Perry of Anna, Texas, Mendy Lawrence of Campbellsburg and Lisa D'Ambrosio of Rosenberg, Texas.; and her sons, Christopher Ryan Clifford and Aron Johnson. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
