She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Carver and Mary Virginia Carver (Bush); her husband Joe G. Thomas; her son Gerald "Jerry" Thomas; her son-in-law Kenny Newsom; and her siblings, Alice Polacek, Peggy Johnson and Harlan Carver.
She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn Drake (Keith) of Mexico, Judy Smith (Steve) of Mexico, Janice Janssen (Louis) of Columbia and Jeanne Exendine (Darren) of Mexico; her sister Kathy Alexander of Fulton; her daughter-in-law Karen Thomas of Troy; her grandchildren, Kelly Thomas of O'Fallon, Tracy Thomas (Bridgett) of Troy, Michael Smith (Adrienne) of Centralia, Casey Smith-Bono (Dane Bono) of Lakewood, CO, Andy Janssen of Columbia, Desirae Exendine of Sacramento, CA, Andrea Bailey (Lake) of Centralia and Emily Exendine of Centralia; and her great grandchildren, Lilli, Peyson, Weston, Sawyer, Brenna, Grady, Piper, Gannon and Archer.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Mexico Senior Center.
