He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Cotton" King and Delcie King (Genthon); his brother Steve King; his stepson William Bell; and his stepgrandson Jake Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth King; his children, Tracy King, Tina Sidwell (Charles), Tonya Ellis and Matthew King; his stepchildren, Kevin Bell (Shari) and Candy Mullen (Sean); and his siblings, Janet Ward (Ron), Audrey Korokis (Larry), Bill King (Sharon) and Ray King (Stephanie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
