It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe William McConnell of Mexico, Missouri, born in Novelty, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Carl; his wife Joyce Carol Outcalt; and his sister Judy McConnell. He is survived by: his son Marty McConnell (Maureen McMullan) of St. Louis; his granddaughter Molly; and his siblings, Leroy McConnell of Fayette and Becky Mason (Dale) of Powhatan, Virginia..
