It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Spencer of Mexico, Missouri, born in Payson, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ross and Ina Maye Spencer (Hull); and his children, Mark R. Spencer and Nicole Marie Spencer Santrizos. He is survived by: his wife Darlene M. Prisner; his children, Heath Spencer (Heather) of St. Charles and Sloane Rogers (Jeff) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Kyle Rogers, Laurel Rogers and Marcus Spencer.
Memorials may be given to the Rush Hill Community Church.
