He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Wilfley, Sr. and Willie V. Beagles Wilfley; and his siblings, Lucille Mohler and J. D. Wilfley. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Lange of Edgar County, IL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Missouri Veterans Home or the donor's choice.
