He is survived by: his children, Roy Allen Rushlow of San Diego, CA, Mike Biggerstaff (Stacy Proctor) of Mexico, Josh Welch of Columbia and Krystal Braese of Columbia; his grandchildren, Gabriel Biggerstaff and Ronan Ferrise; his siblings, Brenda Palmer, Bonnie Byers, Patricia Heitzman, Leonard Biggerstaff, Jr. and Brad Biggerstaff; and his close friends, Ken, Merissa Beck and Daniel Beck.
