He is survived by: his friends, Vickie and Jimmy Young; his children, Larry Haythorn, Rick Haythorn and Loretta Haythorn; his siblings, Martha Smith, Tom and Joe Haythorn; and his stepchildren, Lisa Neuendorf, Heidi VanVactor, Chris Hayes and Johnny Hayes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
