Bill Hill Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Hill of Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on January 29, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Hill and Dorthy Hill (Coyle); his wife Betty Jo Hill; his children, Linda Wallerstein, Leslie Dale Hill and Ronnie Welschmeyer; and his siblings, Jay Hill, Vena Tuley, Chester Hill and Robert Hill.

He is survived by: his children, Crystal Eakins of Mexico, Jim Means (Ronda) of Mexico, Virginia Rivers of Mexico, Betty Welschmeyer of Greer and Billie Gering of Mexico; his children-in-law, Michael Wallerstein of Columbia and Linda Welschmeyer of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Kyle Eakins (Amanda), Chad Eakins, Steven Wallerstein, David Wallerstein, Jamie Crawford (Josh), Ronica Means, Cody Means, Vernon Welschmeyer, Mary Allen, Teresa Garbez, Sharon Carroll, Victoria Arnold (Dan), Malissa Nichols, Clarissa Wilmeth (John Parker), Sarah Hohenfeldt (Robert), Jon Gering and George Gering; and his siblings, Dorman Hill of Indiana and Lyda Willis of Laddonia. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
