He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert F. Jackson, Sr. and Beatrice Jackson (Lue); his wife Janice K. Williams; his granddaughter Jordan Kay Jackson; his siblings, Tereatha Richardson, Herbert Jackson, Jr. and Gary Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph, Ronald Williams, Peggy Brown, Jessie and Freddie Mae Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, DeAnn Gould of Overland Park, Kansas, Elliott Jackson of Overland Park and Wade Jackson (Regina) of Mexico, Missouri; his close friend Bettye Simmons of Fulton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Keith Caldwell of Kansas City, Kaylee, Delayne Jackson of Mexico, Philisha Sadberry and Sydnee Jackson of Overland Park, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Serinity and Treyshawn Jackson of Mexico, Missouri; and his siblings, Larry, Lowell Jackson (Jaye) of Mexico, Ivan Jackson (Eula) of Cordova, Tennessee, Elaine Bell (Larry), Jaclyn White (Richard) of Mexico, Carol Williams (Raymond), Alice, Bobbette Jackson of Mexico, Maria Jackson of Columbia and Rita Jackson of Mexico, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
