She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Richard "Dickie" Neff; and her granddaughter Abrielle Neff. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Martin (Jimmie), Marcus Neff (Brenda) and Kevin Neff (Amanda); her grandchildren, Emily Martin, Samantha Curtis, Madyson Neff, Kendra Curtis, Nathan Mains, Helen "Elly" Neff and Clinton Mains; her great grandchildren, Lauryn Andrews, Sophia Bonner, Harmony Curtis and Corbin Bonner; and her siblings, Delbert Skroh (Barb) and Mary Foster.

The family suggests memorials to the Abrielle Neff Foundation for a Special Education or Early Childhood scholarship.
