She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Joyner and Dora Joyner; her former husband Frank Scott; her husband Donald Schultz; and her siblings, Harold Joyner and Dottie Shipps (Dayle).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Nicholson (Kirk) and Roger Scott (Barb); her stepdaughters, Jane Allen (Donnis) of Maryville and Cheryl Townsend (Steve) of Maryville; her sister Shirley Schmidt (Jay); her grandchildren, Christopher Nicholson, Ben and Sarah Scott; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Schultz, Elizabeth Townsend, Rebecca Stone, Rachel Townsend and Emily Groumoutis.
