She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Wayne and Bonna Fordyce (Taggart); her spouse Jackie D. Collins; and her brother Charlie Fordyce. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Raasch, Susan Hickey, Barry Collins (Marion), Stuart Collins (Stephanie) and Jeff Collins (Kelly); and her siblings, John Fordyce (Stefanie) and Jeanne Price.
